Payment and Cancellation:

Payment is expected at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged prior to the session. Credit Cards are accepted and charged through my Simple Practice platform.

Please give 12-24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. Any no-shows or last minute cancellations result in payment in full.

Confidentiality:

As your therapist, I do not disclose the information shared in session. Your information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

There are a few legal exceptions:

• I am required by law to report any suspected child abuse or dependant adult or elder abuse to the appropriate authorities immediately.

• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

• If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to involve them in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
