About

About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania.

I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Temple University in 2019.

Prior to private practice work I worked in the nonprofit sector, then as a clinician in community mental health, family-based, and school settings. These experiences gave me the ability to work with a wide array of people, and adapt my approach to each individual. My work with families has helped me to understand the ways in which our families of origin are often connected to patterns and roles we adopt that may not serve us. It has also made me passionate about providing quality therapeutic support to parents as they do the important and often very challenging work of raising kids.

My approach

Client-centered

I believe you are the expert in your own life experience. My first priority is earning your trust and forming a strong therapeutic relationship with you—so that together we can make meaningful, lasting change. I adapt my style to best fit your needs.

Modalities

I draw from different modalities including motivational interviewing, relational therapy, narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy—after we spend some time getting to know you and identifying your goals for therapy, I draw from modalities that are the best fit for you.

Commitment to Social Justice

I am committed to social and racial justice, and I approach all of my work from an anti-racist, trauma informed, feminist lens. I continue to do my own work, and acknowledge that I will always have more to learn.
